Terminal One Conference Room- Modern setting, plasma screen, multiple internet hookups, computer, conference speaker phone. Seats up to 12 people. Access to fax and copy machine. Located adjacent to Starbucks, on the ticketing level, in front of Delta ticket counter $75/hour

• Conference table with Ethernet and power ports on top of table.
• Accommodates up to 10 people with Laptops.
• Hi-speed Internet Access – wired
• 42” plasma screen for connection to computers, HDTV, DVD players, VHS tape players, or cameras
• Built-in stereo speakers
• AV packages for depositions

Terminal Two Conference Room- Conference Room, white board, local phone service. Seats up to 20 people. Located in front of American Airlines ticketing counter $40/hour

Normal hours of use are: M-F: from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. S-S: from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Special Hours can be arranged. Contact our Office at (210) 892-1100 and ask for the Never2Late Airport Conference Center.

Catering services available.

Scheduling is done by phone: 210-892-1100 or 210-389-6612 with a credit card.

Once the reservation is complete, the space is reserved, and notification is sent back confirming the time and place. Changes and cancellations can only be made by calling 210-892-1100.

Cancellations incurs fee of $75 if notice is given with less than 14 days notice
